DISCRIMINATION: On the 1st of November 2024, I had a very disturbing experience. I had no idea that the beach club had a 'no dog' policy so I naturally showed up with my dog and the receptionist informed me that dogs were not allowed. I complied and sent my dog home. Few minutes after, I saw the receptionist, sneaking in a family of another race into the beach WITH THEIR DOG! So i raised an alarm because I felt discriminated, why allow the family enter with their dog and ask me to send mine away? A dog is a dog and a policy is a policy that shouldn't be bent for whosoever regardless of the race, ethnicity or class I wonder how many people have been victims of this kind of discrimination at this beach. ps: I spoke to the manager about the situation and he tried to tone it down talking about dog breeds and incidents whereas they have a dog roaming at the beach with the lovely family they deem prestigious enough to have their dog...

I really like this place, people might say it's overrated or boring, but I really had fun, it's up to you to have fun, you can either swim in the pool or beach or just relax, you can lodge so it's a good place for travelers. There are a lot of people especially during the weekend, so if you're a type that like being around so many people, it's best you go during the weekend, you'll find different people from different tribe and race. When I went there I didn't want to leave again lol, because it was fun especially at the beach, the water is calm so you can go deep inside. The pool closes at 6pm but you can still be at the beach, I paid 2,000CFA for gate fee includes swimming. You can rent goggles and life jacket there if you don't have, you can buy drinks and relax or go there for a meeting with...

el dorado isnt one of the best private beaches but its "okay". as you can see in the pictures below, the place is so dry and empty. there is no music, no food, no drinks, absolutely no source of entertainment, and that was just the "private beach". the poolside was drained and closed down(i think went there at a time they were doing maintenace). The fee was outragerous because what i paid for was not what i got! the customer services was very poor( what am i saying! there wasnt even customer service!). On the weekends are even worse, more expensive with entertainment! if want to have a good time and enjoy yourself at the seaside, i recommend havana beach or dream beach or any other beach that isnt eldorado!, at least those beaches have food and ...

This place provides access to beach for 1,500 CFA or pool for 2,000 CFA per person. The atmosphere is quite nice and the place is worth a visit. You can also get a straw hut on the beach for 5,000 CFA. The water there is clean and quite shallow. You can just drift in the water without fearing to float away. One optimisation potential is that you cannot buy cold drinks there but you are allowed to bring your own. Just come with some beach accessories and some drinks then you will have a fantastic time. I hope this place stays the way it is as it offers an original experience of the beach and the surroundings.
