Svitavsko jezero oaza je plaventila u kršu. Svuda uokolo gotovo je netaknuta priroda. Mjesto je idealno za odmor, rekreaciju, šetnju, vožnju biciklom, lađom itd. Očito se u općini Čapljina nema sluha za ove neiskorištene prirodne ljepote. Pokraj ušća Trebižata u Neretvu veliko je smetlište. Mogorjelo je zapušteno. Samo je Hutovo blato uređeno. Ostali dio Svitavskoga jezera nema nikakvih sadržaja. Nigdje nema kafića, restorana,...
