I have possibly left a pair of sunglasses in the object. I called the venue to see if someone could check. Adnan told me he would check and call me back. I called again after two hours and he gave me the same reply. He said he needed to talk to Almir, the waiter. I called him the third time and he gave me the same reply. I asked if I could talk to Almir myself, after which he directly asked Almir about the glasses. As it turned out, Almir was right next to him but he didnt want to ask him.

I asked Adnan to check the table 11 - which was where I was seated. He told me he check it and that he found nothing there. I asked if he knew where table 11 was to which he replied that he has no idea. I described the table and he said guests are sitting there and that he would check and call. He never did.

I asked to talk to his manager Aldin, but he was even less helpful. He said he would check and call me back but he never did. I called him again to have him tell me nothing was found. I inquired about checking the security cameras.

He said that someone needs to pay to do that to which I agreed. He said he would call me back on Monday, which he never did. I called him back and he told me that the area is poorly covered by cameras and that he saw nothing.

I called to see if I could personally have a look at the cameras and after that conversation it turned out he hadn't checked at all and that the camera footage was deleted.

Aldin and Adnan were rude during the whole process.

There are a lot nicer areas in Bosnia to go to and I'm sure you will meet...

So if you love nature, grilled organic meats, fresh salads and a place that looks and feels like Aspen Colorado this is the place.

All I can say this is truly built for the entire family and friends to enjoy.

Love the zip line and castle tower ontop of the hill just a short 15 minutes walk from the ample free parking area. They even have a open air concert arena for theatre plays and mlovedusic concerts.

Just loved the whole place. Just follow the main road a after the round about at the end road of the ski resort and drive 6 kms and it will be on the right side of the road a cattle ranch entrance.

Food is amazing the best grill in all of Sarajevo 100% All of our group agreed it was so yummy and the area was perfect for all to enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh mountain...

The first impression when arriving at this place was that it was closed and the whole business failed. One part is arranged and maintained, the other is not.
