Vodeni park Ribica — Attraction in Vitez municipality

The staff at Ribica is very nice and quite efficient. The past few times there was a kitchen where you can order some food ( sandwiches, French fries and similar) and basic drinks (fanta, coke, water, etc.). This time it wasn't working so you can get your turn fairly efficiently. Keep in mind, this is a tourist "attraction" so everything is about 0.50-1.00 KM more expensive. The water is clean and doesn't smell of Cl. There are 4(5) pools. There's the regular one which is about 125-150cm deep and has 2 slides: a blue one (very, very slow) and a yellow one (EXTREMELY FAST). Basically right on it is a small "Jacuzzi" (but the water isn't hot). There's a kids' pool which is less than 50cm deep and has some form of fountain and mini slide. Then there's the "swimmers" pool (220cm deep). Behind it there's a smaller pool 4 meters deep and has 3 jump boards: a small one, a big one and another one about the same height but it's just concrete and has no board. There's also a volley ball sand field with a net, but I'm not sure if anyone is allowed entry. Around it are a few restaurants but I hear that the fish isn't quite good, but don't knock it till you try it. It's all-around fun if you have some friends or if you are...

I do not recommend this place. Staff is very rude, unprofessional and they do not want to work there. They keep looking at their phones and do not bother to help.

You cannot order food and drinks at the same spot. So basically food is on the one corner ,drinks on the other corner ,ice-cream is somewhere else and pancakes somewhere else as well. And there are no signs up where to order what.

Swimming pool is awesome. But because of the experience with the unprofessional staff I do not recommend this place. I will never go...

Moj suprug i ja smo bili jako cesti gosti. Dosta ljudi je posjetilo etno selo Cardaci i vodeni park nasom preporukom. Jucer smo dosli uobicajno prije dorucka uzeti 2 lezaljke i suncobran, nismo ostavljali stvari jer smo otisli na dorucak, poslije dorucka nas je docekala jako neugodna situacija. Neki ljudi su vec sjedili na nasim lezaljkama, kad smo im prisli i rekli da smo platili lezaljke, oni su tvrdili da su i oni platili iste te lezaljke. Kada smo trazili nekog sefa ili nekog ko je nadlezan za takve stvari, rekli su da je do njih (radnika) jer je vjerovatno neko preprodao lezaljke, momak kojem smo platili je dosao i zamolio covjeka da ustanu jer smo mi prvi dosli, on nije zelio. Sve bi to bilo uredu da je bilo jos lezaljki i mjesta na bazenu, medjutim nije, pri tome smo dosli s djetetom od 6 godina koje je bilo jako tuzno jer su nam rekli da nam mogu samo vratiti novac za lezaljke i da nemaju vise lezaljki, te da nemaju drugog rjesenja. Bili smo primorani otici kuci, bili smo gosti dvije noci. Nije mi jasno kako nema neko nadlezan za takve stvari i zasto se lezaljke preprodaju, kako kazu radnici bez da sacekaju da prodje nekoliko sati! Jako ruzno i...
