Caverna Aroe Jari — Attraction in Região Geográfica Imediata de Cuiabá

This is a really interesting private venture with beautiful sandstone caves and well-preserved cerrado, the highly endangered local vegetation. It's very well managed and organized, and the full package includes an excellent lunch. Jota, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we appreciated his patience with our terrible Portuguese.

Note that we arrived without an outside guide, since you have to hire one of the local guides on site anyway. An outside guide may only be necessary for transportation to the site, and/or for translation.

As others have noted, it is expensive, but we thought considering the professionalism and quality of the services, and the area's natural beauty, it was well...

The hiking tour is nice but the price is ridiculous : R$ 900 for 2 adults and 2 kids. This includes the (forgettable) lunch but does not include the guide you must pay separetely! Despite this extremely high price, the owner apparently can't afford a decent equipment since the bus is falling to pieces. Go the national...

A natureza foi muito generosa nesta região. As cavernas, cachoeiras e todo o ambiente são incríveis. Tem um restaurante local e a refeição estava ótima.

Infelizmente é notável como os responsáveis são mesquinhos. Tem uma péssima estrutura para os turistas. Não fornecem lanterna junto com os capacetes, os banheiros, no momento, só tem 1F / 1M para uma demanda grande de pessoas. Deveriam ser no estilo vestiário + cabines, o que seria mais prático para quem quer apenas trocar de roupa, ou então, só usar o vaso.

O transporte da fazenda é extremamente caro para o percurso e o ônibus está sem condições! Todo quebrado, estragado, com pedaços de madeira se soltando das laterais e do teto e muita ferrugem nos bancos destruídos. Não tem segurança nenhuma. A partir do momento que é cobrado à parte, deve ser oferecido um pouco de qualidade...
