Serra da Bodoquena National Park is a vast, protected area in southern Brazil. Its landscape of limestone mountains, savannas and seasonal forest shelters macaws, capybaras and ocelots. The Lost River, with its clear waters, flows partially underground. On the eastern outskirts of the reserve, the Blue Lake Cave is home to a deep subterranean lake. The park’s other natural features include sinkholes and waterfalls.
