Fantastic isolated beach! Perfect in the summer if you can endure the walk down and the return.
Some times turtles make their nests there as well.
It's a coral beach with plenty of sea life and golden sand.
The British bases of the island have wisely closed the road down with big rocks as too many locals were going down disrespecting the area, creating commotions and polluting it.
The descend is a bit steep, for about 400 meters, but when you get down it is very rewarding. You would want to spend the whole day there. As it is isolated, though, be sure to bring your snacks and drinks, always be respectful, and don't leave any garbage behind.

Personal Notes: One of my favourite slow trails on a Sunday morning that suits both spring vibes but also summer vibes as you can enjoy the panoramic beach. This is alesser-known beach destination in Cyprus despite its magnificence. The trail and descent to the beach is a bit of an adventure but it takes you to a stunning almost private beach.
Hike Difficulty: Moderate. It’s not extremely long (~20 minutes down), but the incline and rugged path can be tricky for some(30 mins). The beach has fine sand on one end and rocky outcrops on the other, giving it a wild, untouched feel.
As this is not an organised area, I’d highly recommend to be prepared with your own...
Read moreA gorgeous unpopulated beach. You can access the view point from the main road on foot or by car, and then, you need to go down hill to the beach on foot. The walk down hill takes about 15 min and it's not very dificult, but the wals back to the parking is quite hard especially in the sun. The beach is great, with fine sand almost everywhere and some pebles here and there. The watter is verry shallow, mostly about 50-70cm deep with some spots reaching about 2m. Overall a great experience that I recommend to everyone that visits Cyprus. We had our 4 years old son with us and he managed the walk with no issues. Bring an umbrella with you as there...
