We had a great time and very good meal here. We had the chef skewers which were pretty good but we felt the ribs and jerk chicken were better choices. Lots of food with 2 sides in addition to your main so no one went hungry. One note is there is no happy hour and drinks are pricey at $12 or $5 for a beer. Overall good meal and great experience and location. We will definitely be back.

This is a lively and hip restaurant which features live music. I was impressed with the quality. The vegan option of roti was higher cost and worth it. That is the only veg/vegan option. The service was superb.

The newly opened restuarant (opened July 2023) is absolutely fantastic. It's run by the Marriott on nearby Scrub Island and is a MUST visit.

The atmosphere is top notch. Right on the beach, waves gently crashing, fun lighting, etc.

The service is amazing. We were there on our honeymoon so they were kind enough to bring us free drinks.

The food is good, with the seafood bowl being excellent.

The white chocolate ice cream, along with the various sorbets, is not to be missed.

They do FREE smores on the beach around their firepits which are really cool.

The manager is as friendly as they get.

Highly recommend.

I am rooting for the good people in the BVI to successfully restore and reinvigorate their respective businesses in the aftermath of the devastating hurricanes. I first came to Marina Cay in 1972 in a Cal 34 sloop when the cay was a humble anchorage with no mooring balls and not many food offerings. I loved the snugness and beauty of the anchorage then, and in the decades since, I've come to love it all the more. the people there have always been friendly and the service gracious. If you are a yachtsman, plan to stop here on your travels and enjoy the exceptional scenery.

I loved snorkeling around the island with the best stuff on the NE side of island. It was a very convenient place to catch ferry to Tortolla. Drinks were good. The only reason I am not giving this a higher score is due to food. I ordered 2 lb lobster and it was smaller than the 1 lb we had at Foxy's. There were 6 in our party and we all voted this our least favorite of all the places we ate out. Probably caught them on an off night.

Marina Cay is an island of the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. The 8-acre island was uninhabited until 1937, when author Robb White and newly married wife Rosalie “Rodie” Mason settled on the island.
