This is place where story was told from generation to generation where a poor mother (Dang Ambon) paddled her small boat to the direction of the big ship (jong). She wanted to reunite with her beloved son (Manis) that she had never seen for quite long time.
His son (Nakhoda Manis) was indeed very rich but he ashamed seeing Dang Ambon poor old women. Nakhoda Manis reluctant to see Dang Ambon and pretend not knowing her and turned away from his mother.
