It takes around 1h30m to walk from the Krastova Gora Monastery (quite a long and narrow road, free parking). The path leads mostly through the forest, gently up and down all the time. Finally you reach the stone, which is really unique and impressive. Fun fact: ascent to the top doesn't look steep at all. It almost feels like you could just walk all the way up. Then you try and after a few first steps the wall becomes literally vertical. Climbing up is a combination of stepping on that rickety ladder (which has a few missing steps and shakes like it's gonna fall any moment) and pulling yourself up on ropes fixed to the metal structures. It is definitely very difficult if you're afraid of heights or don't have strong arms and grippy shoes. Going down is even harder, as you need to find where to place your feet without seeing the wall. If there are people at the bottom, they will likely advise you on the next moves. Having said that, 8/10 people I met there over 2 hours have made it to the top and returned safely. Minus one star for trash all over the place. I have collected a whole bag of plastic on the way...

So glad I finally got to go! Took me about 45 mins from the monastery (3.5 km one way). It’s a well defined path all the way to the spot. It looks like you can get there by ATVs or a mountain bike as well. Very peaceful walk through the woods. I left around 11 am on a Monday and was the only one on the trail. The climb on top of the rock is a bit sketchy, so use a lot of caution, especially if going alone. The views from the top...

Amazing spiritual place. Some extraordinary energy can be felt there right after you see the giant rocks and the stone which as if like is going to fall on top of you but it cannot. Its a bit scary, especially for me, going down as it is very high but its enough secured with rope and metal , although you should be careful with the wooden stairs. Above there is a magnificent view and trees, its believed to be a portal to another dimention.
