Sadly underdeveloped, the tons of garbage strewn everywhere along the path and around the village of Lisicite killed the scenery for me. There is no marked path to the site and the site isn't really visible until you're standing right beneath it. First, you should drive past Shiroko Pole toward the bridge either on the dirt road or on the asphalt road on the other side of the railway tracks (in that case, walk along the tracks till you see the bridge).
