Mineralen Plaj-Ovoshtnik — Attraction in Kazanlak

We visited the Aqua park in our last holiday this summer in June. With 2 and 4 years old,to be fare I was glade and happy as was free for them. As there was only a normal,basic,kids swimming pool for them(we went because of the kids actually). Tickets price reasonable,but the think I didn't liked at all that they checking each bag,even my women tiny ,personal bag...like I got weapons there. Actually is for food,there is a rule that you can not enter with your own food. Good ,okay it is a rule,but very unneeded. What if my children got a special need,as my young soon does,as got too many allergies.... What If I ama family afford to pay only once a season the ticket price.... Even I won't mention the the personal thinks,bag etc. Not nice at all,yes they do sell lots inside but triple price...I still ofcourse will buy my lunch for example, but what is wrong with kids junk food,or a bottle of water?..?I'm not going to bring my bbq there and do a massive picknik, shoking Crazy,okay slides...the person looking after then even can't advise you what is the best/safe position to try the water slide. In witch case my husband on second attempt had a month full of blood... So we just stayed on the normal pool and been double charged for tickets plus paid triple for a small amount of food and a WATER,come on it's hot,it's summer. Other than that,very loud music, very slippery in the pool and outside area, kids had a cuts and blood on there toughs again for no reason, charge for car park...excuse me but where that car has to go if not on YOUR car park?.?? The waterpark itself is good (pool for swimming, artificial waves, slides as well as a section for kids), but the services around are terrible. Staff clearly doesn’t care, waiters take for ever to take your order, looking at their phones and smoking (neither is OK at work by the way). They didn’t have half the things on the menu in the cafe, even though it was mid-August. There is no showers, toilets are just holes in the ground, good luck not peeing on your legs. No one picked up the umbrellas fallen over from the wind. On the way out, you have to scan again the tiny paper ticket with a barcode, otherwise can’t come out. Not very foreigner-friendly, everything is in Bulgarian. I wanted to spend money on holiday, but they wouldn’t take it, odd way to run a business...

Nice idea, but not so good implementation. There are relatively good water attractions, but something very important is missing - safe lockers. The guy at the entrance told us, that we have to watch out about our belongings, because there are cases of stolen ones, which is unacceptable, having in mind the prices they have. The food was not so bad, but nothing special, again for a higher price. We went at 11:45 and it was ok, but after 12 the queue went huge and was moving slowly.
