Really cool. I wouldn't risk the dirt road if you value your car, it gets really gnarly after the first kilometer. You can park in the center of the village or at the beginning of the dirt road and hike to the cave, takes about 30 minutes one way. The road to the cave is straightforward and well signposted (in Cyrillic) and will lead you to a small green clearing with some dilapidated wooden structures. The last signpost points directly to the entrance of the cave, which is hidden in the bushes. For a maximum light effect, you'll probably want to be there around noon (I was there at 10:30 am in October and the sunlight was only hitting the farther wall of the cave). We visited it at about 2pm so we could see the sunlight touching a big stone in the centre of the cave and the foam from the evaporating water mixed with the sunlight.
