The hike down starts at the Upper Lift House parking lot. Follow the trail down, there are two. One leads to the top AT the Falls and Cave. The lower one or left or south trail, leads to the bottom of all the Falls and rapids. Wear hiking shoes, and maybe in groups. If you fall alone, it could be dangerous. It’s pretty sketchy in the shale and leaves. The path is marked by two white lines and a yellow stripe on trees. And it’s not a beginner hike. It’s outdoors, in nature. It’s a hike. We went on a beautiful autumn day with all the colours that mother nature brings out. There wasn't much water over the water fall but the rock formation and the little cave are interesting.
