Breathtaking place with loads of beautiful spots for photos - of the mountains or the towns underneath. The paths go over open hills and through cool woods, there are many perfect spots for picnic, or just lying in the sun. It's ideal even for a one day trip from Sofia. There are signs (in Bulgarian and in English) and clearly visible tourist marking showing the way to huts, towns, and villages.
