On January I was in Bulgaria and wanted to make a tour through Buzludzha, Shipka and several nearby places, which are not so touristy; I was travelling alone and in low season, so it was very difficult to get a tour, and most of all at a reasonable price. I got in touch with them through WhatsApp and from the first moment they had the best predisposition, they offered me a personalized tour, at an affordable price and they fulfilled everything they promised. A truly incredible experience! The guys are really attentive (they DO care how you're feeling, check your vehicle - ATV, buggy, etc) and friendly. Also true professionals at their job - they are prepared for every situation. They carry a shovel, are and other supplies if you get stuck somewhere. This made me a good impression because it's in the nature after all, you need to be cautious and prepared. My buggy ran out of gas in the middle of our ride, but in minutes our guide solved the problem. Also, when they say a 2 hour ride, they mean a 2 hour ride.
