The facility offers an impressive variety of water attractions suitable for all ages - from the thrilling multi-story waterslides for teenagers to the shallow splash zones perfectly designed for toddlers.
Cleanliness deserves special mention: all pools were crystal clear, changing rooms spotless, and the entire park meticulously maintained. The staff regularly checked and cleaned facilities throughout our visit.
Safety was clearly a priority, with attentive lifeguards stationed at every attraction who were both vigilant and friendly. The park wasn't overcrowded despite visiting during peak season, which made for shorter queues and a more relaxed experience.
Food options were diverse and surprisingly good quality for a water park. We particularly enjoyed the grilled options and fresh salads. Prices were reasonable considering the venue type.
Staff members were exceptionally helpful, from the friendly welcome at reception to assistance with lockers and directions around the park. When my daughter lost her bracelet, a staff member went above and beyond to help us find it.
The park layout is well-designed with plenty of shaded seating areas and loungers available. We appreciated the clearly marked maps throughout the facility.
Parking was ample and included in the admission price, which itself offered excellent value for a full day of entertainment. Their online booking system was seamless and offered a slight discount.
For anyone considering a visit - arrive early, bring sunscreen, and plan to spend the whole day to fully enjoy all attractions. Garden City Water Park has become our new summer tradition and we're already planning our...
Read moreReturn stay! Place is clearly hard up - none of the adult rides are open before 12pm!!!! When we asked about it, they told 3 adults to hang out at kids pool!!!
First up: in general the park has modern rides and clean pools. So, if that is your after - you should be happy!
When we went, we booked a VIP cabana - as we had a group from overseas and thought it would be good to have a base! The cabanas are AC and very nice. But they have a call button, but they don't offer a delivery service... You couldn't organise to have F&B delivered to your room. We would have loved to have a fridge full of beer in the room ready on arrival... but all too hard.
The lazy river closes at 1pm.
The most disappointing thing is the F&B. I understand I am going to pay more as we are at a water park - but the time it takes and the quality is appalling!!!
The place had no lines for food and the food hall was basically empty - but all meals (western and local) took 20+ minutes. Plus, when the buzzers went off - it didn't necessarily mean that your order was ready or the staff had lost it!!! ... and the rubbish being served is an embarrassment to any professionally run business.
Beer was a long wait, and the bar next to flow rider didn't even...
Read moreHighly recommend this water park for all ages from toddler to adults. There are different attractions for each group including a huge wave pool, long river for tubing, flowrider surfing, various levels of thrill water slides for kids and adults. The bigger slides require you to be over 120cm tall and over 35 kg. It's a very clean and new facility that is well designed exceeded our expectations. All the rides, life jackets and floating tubes are included in admission. They have huge change rooms with showers and lockers available for $3 each. You need to load money onto your bracelet to buy anything inside the park because they are cashless inside but you can get refunded any money you didn't spend. There is a good selection of western and Khmer food and drinks all around the park and a large food court for a reasonable price: Water is $0.40, coffee $1.50, fries $2, pizza $7, fish and chips $3, fried rice $3 etc. There is minimal seating available around the attractions because you have to rent a cabana if you want a larger private seating for the day at $15, $30 or $70 depending on the size and luxury level. I recommend bringing a mat to sit on. They sell mats and have towel...
