Kampi Mega Rapid — Attraction in Kratie

Went here without expectations and am really glad about having found that place. You can spend your afternoon here on a hot day. There are options for food, relaxing on hammocks and swimming in the rapids. The entrance fee is 1.000 Riel and another 2.000 if you Park your motorbike there.

Foodwise, there are a lot of options for Snacks but just found one food place right in the beginning on the right side. Even though the girl who took my order got my order completely wrong but I still accepted the food which was incredible.

Can recommend this place if you want to relax, swim and/or escape from the heat.

I went to the rapids right after crossing the bridge coming from kratie. There is also one in front of the bridge and both are connected...

I loved it . I love the view or the rapid of the Mékong. It's amazing!!!

But this kind of place you should know that if you stay in any of those wooden bungalow on water, you need to pay. There will be many ladies or guys trying to get you to sit and eat something at there places.

If you just want some photos and might checking some foods along the walk way, just ignore them. By the way, you will need to pay 1000R (0.25$) to walk through on the bridges. It's a bit weird. But that's for the price of work of building those wooden bridges...
