This is a nice walking area along the Bassac River with a river viewing pavilion and a smaller statue of Ta Khmau, the guardian territorial spirit of the city, a belief that predates the introduction of Buddhism to Cambodia.
My only complaint (I almost always have at least one, don't worry😉) is that the pavilion was dirty and there was a lot of trash strewn around on the Bassac River shore as well. It is a shame when a beautiful area is somewhat spoiled by poor waste management.
