Phnom Yat, in Khmer Mountain of Grandmother Yat, is the most famous mountain in Pailin as it's believed that there is a big germ stones under the mountain. Going there, you will see Grandma Yat Statue that lots of Cambodian always go to pray for their peace, good luck in life,... as they believe that the spirit of Grandma Yat will look well after them. Very interesting place in the middle of Pailin town. At the base of the mountain, there is a shrine of Yey Yat. At the crest of the mountain, there are eight doors temple, Buddha stupa in Kola (Burmese) style which is covered by gold, great Buddha statue and so on. The scenery is very beautiful.
