It will take you sometime until you reach the top. But guys, it's worth it. There are 2 temples on the mountain, Prasat Preah Ko Keo, and the main temple Bayong temple.
The view from the top is outstanding with mountains surrounded and greenery. I personally really enjoyed when I did the hiking.
It's better to go by Moto, van, or car. You surely can do 1 day trip from Phnom Penh....
