Read moreHad the most horrible experience at this ski resort, went up to go snowshoeing with my family. I checked the website before we headed up as I was planning on bringing my dog with me. Saw nothing on the website about dogs. We are allowed in the lower mainland to take dogs on the snowshoeing trails. When I got there I was very rudely informed "we don't do dogs here!", not know who this person was, my sister went to the lodge to ask. As we were going to rent some snowshoes. While waiting, the lady came up to me again because I'm guessing heard me talking to another customer asking about it. Do you have more questions about your dog? I said yes, you cant take them on the snowshoes trails, I get the cross country and ski hills. She said "they get aggressive on the trails" I was like "what?" she said you need to leave, after that I did not say nice things. I have never experience being so unwelcomed somewhere because I had a dog. The way she spoke to me so judgmental and condescending. It was horrible! I do not recommend visiting this establishment. I did post on their facebook page but to no surprise...
Read moreBeautiful trails and scenery, perfect for all levels to learn and improve. Really love the different terrain and the fact that you feel like you are a million miles away from everyone even though the trails are only a few kilometres from town. Perfect day trip from 100 Mile. The lodge is clean, inviting and a great place for a quick apres ski or to warm up. Friendly and helpful staff and volunteers. I plan to spend a lot of time up there...
