Absolute gem of a trail. It's more of a nature walk than a hike. Got to see some lovely wildflowers all along. Spent some time on the lakeshore. The serenity and tranquility had a very peaceful effect. Doesn't seem to be a very busy area, just passed around 4-6 people on a Sunday afternoon. The water board was a bit wet with the lake overflow, I guess because the heavy rains recently. The best part is that this is a great walk for folks of all ages, very family friendly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spot, short but interesting trail, less than 2km long. Good for toddlers. Bring an extra pair of shoes, you'll get wet on the sagging boardwalk! Only one picnic table at the start but if you continue down the main road to the end there's another bigger day use area next to the river with more tables and a beautiful view.

Tons of variable difficulty trails around the area including many that are great for kids. The open areas have great mixed ground cover that is natural but not overgrown. Great for quick hikes and picnics that isn't too far from Calgary.

Many Springs is a beautiful, peaceful, easy, short walk. It is a great place to get off the highway and stretch your legs after a long drive. About 1 hour from Calgary and 30 mins away from Canmore. Your feet may get wet when walking on the wood walk way that lightly covers the waterly areas. This trail is not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. I really liked the information posted along the trail about the springs, wildlife, and plants growing...
