We attended the drive in country music concert held there on Sunday July 18th, 2021.

Great concept, although there are some bugs to work out;

-Serve the alcoholic beverages in a separate line so the lineups are not so long.

Post on the program, the radio station that is broadcasting the sound of the concert (we missed a posting on the giant screen & proceeded to look all over the websites involved with the concert & there was nothing!)

-The VIP parking should have been in rows of trucks on the outside edges (with people in cabs in front & people in truck beds at the back) and smaller cars in the middle but taking care not to park anyone behind the sound tent which obstructs the view of the stage.

There should have been a giant screen on both sides of the stage as well.

-I did not see one blue bin for collecting all the empty beer cans etc. Shame!

Getting to the sound system:

For some reason eveybodies radio broadcasts of the sound coming from the stage was delayed; and when I say that, I don't mean in unison either. The people beside us were just off, the people on the other side were a little bit more delayed than that, we were at the front of the stage and didn't need to broadcast it as we are there in real time, so why these people needed to be blasting their off timing sound to the rest of us was very annoying to say the least. We tried closing the windows and listening to the broadcast, but then it got too hot & stifled in the vehicle with 4 people.

So, if anyone has any fixes for such a problem: (maybe put on the show in the cold so more people stay in their vehicles with the windows up?) I'm just brainstorming here.

Other than that, we got there early and beat the lines for entry & the food & drink as well. We enjoyed the concert the best we could despite the screwed up sound, and unless they have a fix for the sound problem, we probably won't attend another event like...

Love coming here, but with my last visit here, I feel I can only give it 2 stars. The food truck had an issue with their debit machine, and so I went to the ATM, the one lady (tall skinny blonde, I think she is either Ukrainian or Swedish) opened the roller door to the ATM that is situated behind a wall. I proceeded to draw money from the machine and so wating for my money and nothing. I got a receipt and stayed at the ATM, and my husband went over to the Rad Torque booze booth to ask someone to assist us to get the money we just withdrew. I went over to show that my bank account shows the money was drawn from my account. This tall, skinny lady had a very bad attitude and rudely said it was not their problem. Of course, I got mad and said to her it is your problem. My hubby waved down one of the security guards ( very nice older gentle man), and he said oh they need to push the machine away from the wall in order for me to get my money. Again the rude skinny blonde walked over and clearly was pissed that it got pointed out and she proceeded to push the machine away from the wall grabbed my money and showed it into my hands and said there is your money!! I was now super mad as she knew all along that this needed to be done, but yet told me it's not their problem. I feel that if they're so scared that someone will run off with the ATM, then chain it to a concrete wall. Don't have the machine behind a pony wall with the customer having zero access to the slot where the money comes out!! Control your staff and teach them not to be rude about a problem, I'm sure I was not the only patron there...

Went for Tuner Bash today, great show, always a good time with my daughter. Unfortunately it wasn't all good, went to the concession, waited nearly 45 minutes get myself a poutine that was cold and the fries were brutally under-cooked and my daughters chicken strips and fries looked like they were from the clearance rack at the dollar store, plus she took one sip of the coke and said, "dad this tastes bad".....was an old coke from last year, so nearly $30 wasted, all the prices have gone up considerably. Show and race were cheap and great, everything inside from the concession is now ridiculous. I was making a comment about how the prices can go up so much, and the woman behind the counter just looked like she didn't know what she was doing.

We left early to go get something to eat as the food truck lines were not worth waiting for....a little girl needs to eat.

I was also disappointed that the new owner didn't bring some of his personal collection to join the show, missing Yesterday Autos.

Next time we will eat before hand as I don't want to relive that experience. I don't know what happened and why the prices went up on all the food and drink and the quality is in the absolute...

This was the kids (5,3,1.5) first time at the track and first hot august night of course. While I can say the weather didn’t cooperate for the first night and part of the second night, the kids had an absolute blast. They had lots of food vendors out for all types of food, (mini donuts, corn dogs, butter chicken, cotton candy, burgers etc) We are allowed to go into the pits with the kids, and the teams were very welcoming. Letting the kids sit in the car if they wanted to and got to tell us all about there cars. This being my 8th hot august night I will make sure we keep attending this race and others. The kids ask to go back to the races to see the “fire cars” aka jet cars.

A really enjoyable event, with lots of exhibits to see. Tune into their radio station to enjoy holiday music while you drive through. Kids and adults alike will be impressed. Friday and Saturday evenings are the busiest, leading to long waits to get started. We opted to pay extra for a dash pass to skip the line, and went Thursday evening (arriving around 6pm). There was only a short line when we arrived (that we got to skip), but the line up was much longer when we left ~40 mins later. Roads were very icy, so it was a good thing driving speeds were slow. Drivers are encouraged to turn their headlights off while inside, but you're at the mercy of the vehicle behind you.
