Pros: You are guaranteed either a front row view of sunrise or sunset. Swimming and other water recreation activities can be carried out on the lake. So remember to pack with this in mind. For hikers and mountain bikers, there is a variety of different riding or walking surfaces (tarred and gravel roads, and trails) to explore.
