Out birding early this season, we stopped at Tillebrook PP for the first time. As the camping season has not started, the main gate was closed. We parked in the day use area, which is excellent with picnic tables and nice parking areas, all paved. Walking through the park, I couldn't help but notice all trees were well taken care, with excellent tree pruning evident. The vegetation in the park is watered through an elaborate irrigation system. The campsites are sizable, a playground is easily accessible, and all roads through the park are paved. A walking trail is located just west of the park entrance administrative building. Although the birding on this trip wasn't great due to our early exploration and the migration to come hasn't happened we look forward to returning to this park later...

Third time in this campground. I picked this campground knowing they have showers and it's right by the highway. Iwas on a business trip and needed the shower after a long drive and an important appointment in Calgary next day. I will give it 4 starts only, because despite being a sign in the bathroom for the maintance hours (9-10am), I got up early in the morning to avoid the showers being closed. Guess what, at 8:10am they were closed for maintance. I get it, they were doing their job, but it ruined my change to shower before my appoiment. So the main reason I paid for the campground (the showers) i couldn't use and had to stop a random gas station to take a shower in a disgusting bathroom before heading to Calgary. Overall nice campground, just sucks I paid for an ammenity I...

Jesus Christ, we reserved our site for 3 days and we couldn't make it past day 2. Washrooms, locations, and shade isn't bad at all, but there is a serious problem here with mosquitos. I don't know if the people who work here spray bug killer or repellent or something, but it clearly isn't enough. Our entire family was swatting bugs for 90% of the "vacation" and we plan never to come back again. Trust me, we sprayed bug repellent, lit candles that repel bugs, and anything else you could think of. No use at all. Come here if you want to look like a full time...

Lovely campground. Our first choice would have been to stay at dinosaur provincial park, but it was full. We booked here and after five days of camping, I think it was the better choice. The campground is clean and well maintained. It was Canada Day long weekend and everyone was respectfully enjoying their weekend. No issues with noise. There is a camp ground host. There is a playground for the kids. Volley ball net and baseball diamond. Campsites are large with trees to hang hammocks Fire wood was available to purchase at the check-in desk Would stay here again

Drive through sites are convenient for trailers. Showers and running water are a bit of a walk but clean and free. Most importantly, this place has a crazy amount of MICE!! They got into our car engine and ended up eating some filter stuff and destroying the motor of the fan for the AC and defroster, etc. They died in the process and cost me $400 in repairs. Haven't checked the trailer yet but hopefully it's ok.

What a beautiful park. Lots of trees surrounding our site, excellent playground and trails throughout and around the perimeter of the Park. Visitor Centre will be opening in mid-may (?) and I see an ice cream treat freezer in there😁Took a drive to see the Brooks Aquaduct (2 kms) and Lake Newell at Kinbrook Island Provincial Park (23 kms via hwy or 13 kms via gravel road).
