As it was our first time there, we really enjoyed beauty's nature. The mountains were so close compared to Jasper and Banff. Hiking trails were close. As we went with toddlers, there is a lot to do for a couple of days with them. You could rent bikes from Pats bike rental (in town) we rented the Surrey as we had toddlers and we could all ride together. I highly recommend getting the hour not half hour as time passes so quickly from the enjoyment of riding through the town(good leg workout, 😆).We went on a hike with the toddlers at Blakiston Falls. The hotel we stayed at wasnt the best and i will write a review. The boat ride was great with a lots of history information. I personally found it a little pricey as we did not stop across the border as they mentioned prior to the panadamic. Staff were very laid back on the cruise. We sat on the lower level due to time of year weather, but were able to walk to the back of cruise and take pictures. Did not make it to Prince of Wales tea time but the view from there is amazing. Highly recommend going with family/friends to Waterton, Alberta. Dont forget the U.S border is near by if you want to cross but dont forget your passports! Take...

Waterton Lakes National Park

We had wild fire smoke during our visit, hence the haze, but the views were incredible.

Waterton National Park, established in 1895, is Canada's fourth national park and part of the world's first International Peace Park with Glacier National Park. Together, they celebrate peace and cooperation between nations.

We had an unforgettable adventure crossing borders from Glacier National Park to Waterton Lakes National Park! The journey started with a smooth border crossing, and we drove in awe to the historic Prince of Wales Hotel.

The Prince of Wales Hotel, located in Waterton Lakes National Park, Canada, was built in 1927 by the Great Northern Railway. Its name honors the future King Edward VIII, who visited the region in 1927. The Hotel, perched on a hilltop, boasts a rich history. Its majestic architecture and breathtaking views of Upper Waterton Lake make it a true gem of the Rockies!

When you visit Waterton National Parkdon't miss these 5 amazing activities: 🍁 Hike the iconic Crypt Lake Trail. 🍁 Take a scenic boat cruise on Waterton Lake. 🍁 Explore the Red Rock Canyon. 🍁 Witness the stunning Cameron Falls. 🍁 Stargaze under...
