I would have liked to have given this attraction a higher score. However after having the misfortune of bumping into the towns unhinged psychopath within 10 minutes of being their stopping in with my family for a vacation.
The park is neat for the few minutes we were there. Zip line park is not dog friendly which was where my issue began. Walked around the Park with mine and my in-laws dog. Both dogs are maybe 10lbs each. After I picked up one dog mess I ran out of bags. Walked around perimeter of Pyrogy park then as I decided to walk across the street behind where my vehicle was parked. To look at something else. I unwittingly walked onto the property of Glendon Transport behind Pyrogy park.
My dog did it’s business on his gravel lot in the weeds. So I went to walk back to my vehicle to grab another bag. Within moments unhinged owner of property almost ran me over on the street. Cussing at me and wanting to provoke me into a fight.
Thankfully I had one more bag in my pocket I forgot about and picked up my dogs mess. Wasn’t good enough for this person, as he was obviously looking for a fight. Quick Google review after the altercation of this persons business you can see why he’s angry person. So unfortunately I had to shoo my kids into our vehicle tell my wife who was with her parents to go with them as this unhinged psychopath tried to actually run into my vehicle on the way out of town! As he was traveling in the opposite direction.
My advice this is a town to miss, unfortunately with the proximity of this loser to the park. I can see more unwitting tourists being accosted by this person. More unfortunate for the town, I’m going to make sure none of my friends or family...

For everyone else, this is or at least was the world's largest perogy, complete with a fork stuck in it.🙂 Located in Glendon, Alberta on a secondary highway a little north of Highway 28 on the way to Bonnyville, Alberta. Quirky little tourist attraction though, unfortunately, there is no longer any restaurant in Glendon where you might be able to sample this eastern...
