This is a lovely park for hiking with the treat of gorgeous views along the way. Only a very short drive beyond the ferry terminal to Hornby Island, there isn't a lot of parking. There is an extremely clean outhouse close to the entrance. The paths are well marked and periodically there are maps to show your location along the trails. The paths do involve climbing, some moderately steep descents, and several areas that are rocky or root covered however I have balance issues and I was able to enjoy the hike with walking sticks. My husband and the families we passed (including children) did not have any trouble with the paths. Continue north-west for views across Baynes Sound from a trail that follows the top edge of a seaside escarpment. Heading inland there are interesting undulating trails that can be used to make a 10 kilometer loop.
