Read moreWas a nice quick getaway. Almost missed the entrance to the campground. Overshot it a bit coming from the south. The road leading to campground is small and many curves. It is a nice campground. No services, but clean, close to the beach. Was not sure if the trailer would be be okay, as we didn't see any in online photos of campground, so here are a couple of the campsites. Other people had trailer and boats on their site. The one draw back is some of the people who use the beach area, they consider their connection to park attendees to give them special privileges. You can be standing in an area fishing walk to your tackle box to refit and they just walk in and take your place.
Being local I can a test to the fact we are not all like that and it's a rarity to encounter such an asshat but they do exist and they are like this to locals and visitors alike.
