This park is wonderful. If you love the outdoors, are into camping, winter or summer, you'll be impressed. With exceptional views, cozy campsites ($10.00) per night and typically located by a creek which provides for rainbow trout fishing. The drive along Duffy Lake Road is scenic and certainly very winding. It's a fun drive albeit rather narrow and not for those who are subject to motion sickness. The drive from Pemberton through Lillooet is a mixture of snow capped mountains, forests and creeks. There are a few pullouts ideal for photo ops and rest stops. Well worth a visit even if it's a non-stop drive through. There are also several ice-climbing spots along the way. However the drive in the winter is subject to avalanche activity so be aware of the road conditions and snow activity advisories!

Nice place for a stopover. It has a good spot to pull over, and a boat launch (but I wouldn’t launch anything but a kayak or inflatable. Bad ramp) I knocked off a star for all the toilet paper people leave all along the banks finding places to go to the bathroom. It’s gross and people need to learn to take what they bring with them. Maybe a porta potty on site would help. Or take a bag in with you and bring it out.

We were driving from Mt. Currie, heading for Lillooet(June 2017). This road goes through some of the most scenic countryside you would want to see. The road twists and turns, so taking your time, drive to speed limits, makes for a safe journey. The weather was warm and sunny, so as we stopped by the lakeside, the views of the lake, with the mountains, made our stop/break, really worth while.

The views are beautiful but unfortunately due to covid restrictions there are a lot of things that are closed right now. The highway is an amazing drive and there is definitely some park and crown land spots to visit. The california wildfires kind of smoked out a bunch of our views but that's not the parks fault.

A wonderful lake in a mountain scenery. Crystal clear water. We did only stop by, so I do not know if you can hike around the lake. We came to lookout at a time where hundreds of dead trees were at the end of the lake crammed together. We could walk on the trees. Carefully.

Duffy Lake Provincial Park is the area surrounding the beautiful Duffy Lake in British Columbia. A wonderful place for canoeing and kayaking, Duffy Lake is easy accessible from Duffy Lake Road. Peaceful and picturesque, it is a fabulous spot for photos too. One photo here.
