Kleanza Creek is one of the most peaceful, beautiful accessible spots near Terrace. Camping creekside the sound of the water running over the rocks lulls you to sleep. The hike up and over the ridge to the impressive creek bed behind the pond is a must. The view from the top if the rock face is worth staying and enjoying. The fact that there are rarely too many people makes it special. If it weren't a bit isolated it wouldn't be the same. Seeing the spawning salmon run is life affirming.

Kleanza Creek is such a lovely, breath of fresh air. The whole park is gorgeous and soothing to the soul. You can enjoy it anytime of the year although the gates are only open May 5, 2022 – Sept. 19, 2022. There is so much to do here. A few activities I've personally enjoyed are snowshoeing, hiking and white water kayaking. It's also a great place for leisure, if you wanna just sit back and enjoy the water, have a picnic or go camping this is a guaranteed brilliant experience.

Wow what a gem!! Very simple and awesome campground, well kept including pit toilets and has a beautiful creek running through the property. Water is available from a hand pump making the experience even more fun. Janine is a terrific host and we really enjoyed chatting with her. If you like basic camping and are on your way to Prince Rupert for the day. I recommend booking your site on your way up and come back after your day in Prince Rupert. Thanks Janine, awesome park!!

The campground was real nice, the spaces for RVs are quite separate and nestled in the woods. There's a nearby Creek that some of these faces or next to, standard Camp restrooms, tables and fire pits for each space We felt as if we were stolen from by the camp host! The fee was $20 Canadian per night, we offered them $16 American dollars giving them almost a dollar at the current exchange rate. They refused to accept less than $20 us and refuse to give us Canadian change for a United States $20 bill . Other Parks either estimated the exchange rate or game exchange Canadian. They claimed it was BC Parts policy to steal from the public but we think it was...

Lovely setting. Small well-managed campground on the banks of Kleanza Creek, outside Terrace, BC. Pit toilets were clean and day use park was litter free. Parks rules were enforced, so no yahoos blasting their music at any time. One of the nicest campgrounds I have stayed. Would definitely stop here if travels bring me back to this region. No playground and parents would need to keep a close eye on kids, especially if camped next to creek. Dogs on leash/tether welcome in campground but not in day...
