   Read moreThe drive there was a little difficult as you get closer the road has alot of gravel. The lake itself was nice and it was filled with people on picnic tables and in the water. The tables are nicely put apart so your not too close to others and there is a path you can drive on to get to the other side of the lake. There is also a boat launch there, so there is alot of ski doo's and water boarding. We had a good time there and would recommend showering after as the pollen in the water is a bit much and don't forget swimming shoes the sand is hot.    Read moreNot great at all to take your kids and have them play on a goose poop covered beach area. Seriously, there is nowhere you can step or setup without laying surrounded in poo. It's too bad because it is pretty beautiful of a view and walking trails etc. Great to take your dog off to the side for a swim but be warned about the swimmers itch. My 8yr old got it pretty bad even after rinsing off. Being a provincial park, I'm surprised they don't make an effort to clean all the poop off the beach. Defeats...
