We went to Alice Lake with another couple to go fishing for the day. We didn't catch anything but it was a ton of fun. We had a little fire on the beach, and roasted marshmallows for smores. We were on the far side of Alice Lake and the site has washed out. Someone has made a make shift bridge out of a ladder, so you're still able to make it over.

Worth the 2.5 hour drive up 19 from Campbell River. The weather was perfect for a leisure paddle. This lake has all the benefits for scenery, fishing, swimming and private camping.
