They've updated quite a lot over the years. Three fishing docks now, one covered, two not. There are lots of benches and statues around now, and for the summer, the local beaver is back near the bridge at the far end of the lake. Please respect the little guy 😊 he's super skittish and runs away as soon as he hears people coming near. The playground is as great as ever, but the ziplines are quite broken in now. 😆 Still working great! All of it's fairly shaded, so it's pretty okay even mid day for a stop in. Also has disk golf and some other stuff at the far end of the park towards Gold Creek. Come the wintertime, the sled hill will hopefully open up, and it's pretty well...
Read moreThis park is absolutely incredible! On your first steps in, you will feel and smell the beauty of nature. You are then offered the opportunity to trail around the lake as you hear the not-so-distant sounds of the ducks enjoying the water. You then have the opportunity to view and cross a small dam before finding yourself at the edge of a small forest, surrounded by the relaxing smell of the nearby pine trees.
No reasons not to visit this place; there are free parking lots until 10pm on both sides...

I would visit this place any time any day to have this scenic view. Standing on this bridge watching the water run under the bridge is Lovely 🥰.
