Very typical Provincial Park although sites are on the small side. Be aware that even though most sites are reservable (fee payable online), if you are planning to just turn up, don't pick a site with a green 1 or 2 night tag as 1 or 2 actually mean 0 or 1. Read morePicnic area is now closed. No issue there but as a responsible dog owner I didn't like having to leave my dog in the vehicle as dogs are prohibited on most of the grounds there. If you decide to be like most owners in FSJ and ignore the dig signs be sure to bring multiple bags as there are none there (obviously because dogs are not allowed) not a bad place otherwise.
