This is a great beach if you want to be a little bit social. The way it's situated means it gets sun later than any beach in the area so if you want to maximize your skin cancer potential then this is the place for you.
Epic beach volleyball games go down here and there are good washrooms, picnic tables and bbq areas. Super good for the kids. Dogs are not as welcome as they used to be.

Sometimes the beach is closed due to high fecal coliform counts which raises a difficult question - how long does it take for them to do the test, process the results and then close the beach?
