Small, quiet and spacious! The park is close to the highway but set back enough that there is little road noise. There are washrooms with water and also pit toilets, all kept to a high BC Parks standard. The Park Facility Operator staff were friendly and diligent, as (as always!). Some of the sites-the best ones-can be reserved and others are available closer to the road. Don't miss the trails to the south offering great views and an unusual gulley where the face seems to have fallen off the main mountain during some past millennium.

This park is located just off Hwy 95 just south of Radium Hot Springs in south eastern BC Canada. This park is only good as an overnight stop and maybe as a base camp. No sani-dump, steep hills, dry, no beach, no playground, very little privacy. Some sites are difficult to back into due to trees. Good space between sites. Look for a spot near the toilet house or you might have to choose between pit toilets and a walk up a steep hill. Clean park with lots of shade trees but no services.

Great little camp ground. First 8 spots are FCFS and the rest is reservation only. Reserve early! The whole campground gets fully booked for the entire summer. Good for tenting, lots of shade and private spots. No playground.

small off road prov park. quiet. clean. nice size spots. yes one bathroom as other say, with running water. flush toilets, no shower. There are other pit toilets as well. Not great for kids to bike around. pretty steep paved loops around camp sites. Great for quick stops, adults, going from camp site to day trips from here etc. convient if going to Radium Hot Springs pools. -Town has a few small convient shops. -Ft Steel in just over an hour south. Banff is about the same distance north east. -Gas is 10 cent a litre cheaper in Ft Steel@ 127.9 and Radium 135.9 at this time. -A time change was unexpected...

Beautiful campsite, with friendly rangers and well-maintained facilities. Even though it's right off the highway, you can't hear much noise and the campground is so peaceful. There's no lake or hiking access, so this campground is more of a homebase for your day trips. I found this to be a positive thing, as the site was dead quiet during the day and super relaxing. We did the nearby Old Coach Trail, which offered amazing views. The upper sites (further from the entrance) are way nicer and more private. Would definitely come back to...

I have not been in a cleaner provincial park. The out houses are meticulously cleaned and don't have that awful odor most outhouses do. The lady running the park was very kind and personable. Beware the bee hive(s) in the structural men's bathroom... You can hear them in the wall according to my spouse but there's a sign up saying they won't bug you if you don't bug them, which is true by the lack of bee stings on my spouse. Decent sized lots and there are a few that offer more privacy than others. Great place to stay if you're...
