Semi natural hotspring free experience with just okay campground for $20 night and no amenities except outhouse. Only reason to stay at campground is to be close to hotsprings. Road up will chatter your teeth. There is no sign on 23 marking the turn until you actually turn onto the logging road. Campground is first come, small, dusty in midJuly and was full by 3 pm on a Tuesday. Most spots not that big or private. lots of activity at night. No cell service.

Not a long walk to hotsprings but steep with stairs, rocks and roots, so select proper footwear and even take your hiking pole. Changing shack and outhouse at the pools.Sign warns of possible flash floods, so be weather wise. 3 pools are arranged out of natural rocks and flow from one to the other so if you are not fond of public hot tubs consider only using the top and hotest pool when there are many people there like we experienced. When the guy with red spots on his chest got in, I was out of there. The water seemed to flow fairly slowly. The adjacent river is quite cold and flows fast making a refreshing way to rinse off. Not a concrete pool like many "hotsprings" but don't expect to find yourself alone in arms of nature except maybe at some odd times. No trash service so be prepared to pack it out and no glass...

Humans don't deserve such a place🤩😍🤩 Please leave no trace/pack out your garbage and recycle. Bob the campground manager does way above beyond what he's paid to do, we always leave him a tip in an envelope by his trailer, please do the same if you can🙂 -really really really awesome platform tent spots -campground is beautiful with tons of huge trees and shade -the ground is covered in mica so everything sparkles, even at night 🤩 -very nice change rooms with 2 sides -lots of porta potties, there's one at the bottom of the stairs close to the pools -the road is ridiculous, it takes half an hour to go 11kms lol but whatever, just don't take your Ashton Martin up there -the pools do have a valve for temp control, you just have to find them lol -last fyi, there's a massive staircase that takes about 5 minutes going down and about 20 coming up lololol...

Had a GREAT visit to the pools! The FSR is gravel with potholes and wash board…not a smooth ride at all! However the experience was great fun!! The pools are amazing!!! There were 4 that we sat in. One was super hot around 45C and progressively cooler to around 35C. The coolest pool is scalding hot water mixing with the frigid river water to deliver a swirling hot/cold pool! We spent around 5 hours. We ate lunch at one of the picnic benches on site.

The hike up/down from the parking lot was strenuous. There is a nice changing room located next to the pools.

People were quite friendly! It was a relaxed atmosphere/family friendly! We loved that it wasn’t a swimming pool, but rather a natural setting! It felt authentic! And it cost nothing to visit! Another bonus!

I’d give it a 9/10…only for the grueling hike up and down from the...
