If you're looking for a flat, by Newfoundland standards, trail, this is the trail for you. Lots of nice views from along the trail. With the outer loop and getting mildly lost at one point, it ended up being about 11 km. The downsides about this trail are lots of marine debris (e.g. ropes, gloves, assorted plastic, etc.) and the path seems like it is consistently wet in many places

It's a great coastal trail. Many beaches and ocean lookouts. An easy trail that has enough length to make for a half day hike if you include a picnic. Or you can walk as much as you have time for. There are some loops at the far end.

Loved this trail. Did the whole thing..Was a short loop on the end but trail took a bit over 2 hours to complete. Beautiful scenery. Lots of beaches to explore.

This is a fairly easy 3 hour return hike along the coast. There are lots of beautiful things to see, especially around sunset. The trail is a well marked and maintained, except for the very far end of the loop near Cow Head Beach where there are fallen trees and the trail is over-grown. There are small interior spots protected from the wind that are quite warm, but be sure to bring a jacket as the wind whipping off the water can be...
