Fort Battleford National Historic Site — Attraction in Battleford

I wish I could give a higher review!

Yesterday my husband and I decided to visit fort battleford. While we were there we did the new ' prairie bloom' tour with Troy. We were his first tour & I was as EQUALLY as excited as he was, because I am studying environmental Management. Troy had some very valuable knowledge he shared with us. Even my husband who was just along for the ride thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was extremely fair priced, in fact I feel like we underpaid for all we learned about the native plants in SK!

We loved our stay here. It's a clean place. I was a Housekeeper for more than 20 years so whenever we stay anywhere, I check for dust and the cleanliness of the bathroom. We were given a guided tour by guides Brandon and Kelsey and it was great! They were both incredibly knowledgable and very helpful ( my 89 year old mother was on one of thier scooters). An experience that taught us much about Canadian history. And having guides really added so much! Now we need to come back to explore...
