Fun experience, all together. Expect to sit on a small bike with a small seat. My fingers were pinched by my knees so I can't say that it was really comfortable. There is more trees to see than an actual view of the lake, please be awared. Fun moment with my wife, though. Take note that 18km is for the back and forth so unless you are in a really bad shape that you would want to book for the 18km. You will leave at the same time as other groups so there is a possibility that you get stucked behind a group slower than you. At the end of the 9km, there is a restroom for you to use in a restaurant. There are no instructions about where to go at the entrance but you will have to walk to a place by the water and go right up the little hill by the railway. There will be a shack there with people waiting for you...

That said, the bikes need major improvement. They feel like the cheapest option available, and for an experience like this, they should have:
Step-through frames for easier mounting and a more comfortable, upright riding position.
3-speed hub gears for smoother pedaling with your partner and better durability.
Proper canopy height – I’m 183 cm, my friend is 175 cm, and both of us hit our heads on the canopy.
This experience has huge potential to be an Instagram favorite—think themed stations, train-style signage, and a more polished setup.
For now, I wouldn’t do it again in its current state, but I’m glad I tried it once.
