We recently moved to Beckwith and have been wanting to try the trail (Goodwood Marsh Nature Trail) in Beckwith park. It is pet friendly as long as animals are on leash, they even have poop bags available at the beginning of the trail. The terrain in the main trail was a gravel pathway which is extremely easy to maneuver; making it a great spot for children, strollers and the elderly. The trail offers another trail (Maple Ridge Branch) that branches off the main trail and loops back. This one isn't a gravel path and has some rocks, still super easy terrain but not stroller friendly. Lovely at this time of year; can't wait to see it in the...

Beautiful play structure, large and spacious. Love that there are shelters and places to sit for a picnic. There is a swing for disabled persons, and the playground is built on rubber ground which is far better than sand and wood chips. Splash pad is fun, nice and large and good for all ages - however frequently quits working and needs to be reset. There is usually someone on staff at the rec center to do this, or you can message their Facebook page to...

This is an amazing place to bring your family and kids they have bathrooms, water park, baseball field, soccer field, park, play structures. This is not the most accessible, bathrooms are not accessible. If you have a wheelchair, forget about it because you will stay stuck in grass and gravel. I have a rollator (similar to a walker but with 4 wheels) and I have trouble...

Clean and well setup for parents and their kids. Playground, walking trails to enhance the multiple soccer fields, baseball and football field ( with lights ) and the arena. The new township hall is being built on site, one entrance to park is closed until new building is completed but still lots of parking thru main entrance ( Beckwith Lane temp closed ).
