We recently moved to Beckwith and have been wanting to try the trail (Goodwood Marsh Nature Trail) in Beckwith park. It is pet friendly as long as animals are on leash, they even have poop bags available at the beginning of the trail. The terrain in the main trail was a gravel pathway which is extremely easy to maneuver; making it a great spot for children, strollers and the elderly. The trail offers another trail (Maple Ridge Branch) that branches off the main trail and loops back. There is a swing for disabled persons, and the playground is built on rubber ground which is far better than sand and wood chips.
