O-Volt Blainville — Attraction in Blainville

We were looking for an indoor park in the area, but most were over priced and charged the parents just to sit inside their building. O-Volt was the best priced and allowed parents to sit and wait for their children for free. They also allowed you to bring in your own snacks, but if you didn't they had some for sale at a decent price as well. The staff were fantastic. They were all super helpful and pleasant and very diligent with their work. We had our two kids and they loved the park. O-Volt has a schedule for kids under 5 to use the trampolines, so we made sure of the times before heading over. The kids had a blast on the trampolines, the play structure with slides and the giant building blocks. The facility itself was pretty clean, same with the bathrooms. The sitting area was nice and large with plenty of chairs and tables to use. The kids made a bit of a mess while eating, but we cleaned up as best we could (sorry!). I love the fact that Blainville is now having a place where kids can let it loose, however there’s absolutely no safety in place for stopping kids or stranger danger to come in. No fence, the staff barely keep track of who's coming in and out. In the Zone Ballon you can literally run outside by the exit door into the parking lot, next to a major street. I’m the one who always have her eyes on her kids but better be safe than sorry. In the kids playground section they have put black mesh so you can’t have a proper eyes on your children if your not very close to the net.

I was there today and also yesterday, I took my 3 little kids, they had a blast. One thing that bothered me was that they don't allow kids under the age of 5 to go on the trampolines, and there isn't really any other interesting entertainments for them besides of the trampolines. The reason why I give only 2 stars is because there was a supervisor who kept on sending away the little kids, I saw multiple kids crying, they had no idea what he wants from them.
