The beach’s welcoming vibe and stunning landscape make it a perfect spot to capture beautiful nature photography, whether focusing on the vibrant colors of summer or the golden light of sunset. Overall, Plage Brébeuf offers a refreshing escape into Quebec’s natural charm, combining recreational opportunities with a relaxing environment that invites visitors to unwind and reconnect with nature.

It’s a beautiful beach on the river. Admission is $7 per adult. The park will give you a yellow wrist band upon paying. There are life guards on duty and the water is shallow. It’s a perfect fun place for families. Bring your kayaks and canoes. You can launch them at the entrance of the beach away from the swimmers. Parking is a nightmare. Half of the visitors are parking on both sides of the street illegally. I’m not sure if the traffic police will write parking tickets. I saw them but I didn’t get a ticket.

Beautiful sandy beach, no rocks underfoot. The river water is quite cold but refreshing on a hot day. Beach opens at noon. Current is very strong so children should be watched closely. I have been visiting this beach for years and will continue to do so. You do have to pay for use of the beach. Parking available across the street.

love this place - it's where the locals hang out and we really felt like locals there. Prefer the less touristic areas!!! Also bring an umbrella or tent - you need it!!! The sun is strong and it's completely open - you pay $7 / person but it's a nice river - not too shallow. Lots of little fishes in the river - water is nice and cold especially when the sun is hitting you - it's a nice feel. There's a volleyball net - so...
