We took the children there to the park and decided to walk the trail We seen smoke and a fire going in large fire pit We seen a irresponsible family throwing more wood on this fire Why would you have a fire pit in the middle of the forest with no water close? Then our family came back from our walk and the fire was huge Someone pilled alot of wood on the fire And walked away and left it burning out of control We spend a hour putting this fire out taking it apart and using dirt We taught our kids some people are no irresponsible And this is how you should put out a fire if you don't see water The playground...
Read moreAbsolutely amazing place . So spotless you could eat off the ground. Beautiful carvings on the trees and the adventure playground is off the chart. Theres something for every age, and I can attest to the fact that the zipline does in fact hold an adult! Bathrooms on site also spotless and bear proof garbage cans. They have spared no expense and thought of everything. Only comment would be, as it is actually in the forest and you cannot be seen from the highway, i would suggest a person not go alone with their child or children, we didn't try the bike trails but thats next...
Read moreA hidden gem. The trails are clearly marked gravel paths, with very gentle rolling inclines. The handmade carvings and seating through out makes the walk feel like a cross between a hike and a stroll through an art gallery at times.
The playground is amazing — modern, high quality equipment on a big wood chip area. I love the little zip line.
The highway traffic is audible in the areas of the park...
