My wife and I were traveling with our 8 year old and 12 year old. We went for the family bracelet package and had a blast! Multiple times on the go-karts, a round of mini golf, several rounds of laser tag (I strangely enjoyed shooting my family), bumper boats and batting cages! The little guy is too young for the air soft, but we'll be back for another round. The staff were all helpful and super friendly and the park was clean. Lovely scenic PEI setting too, overlooking the river. It was a great place to have fun with the family!

We took our 3 boys (9,11,13) for the go carts and laser tag. We bought day passes and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and the fun was plenty. They recently re-paved the go cart track and it was perfect. Laser tag was super fun, we played at least 30 games. This place was far better than sandpit amusement park, especially the go carts.

Had an absolute blast. We came during the day and then back later that evening. The staff are so helpful, caring and fun. They made sure all our crew was safe and had fun. Thank you to the staff for turning our summer trip into an epic core memory for our kiddos (and husbands).

Excellent day with the family. Perfect weather, Not a ton of people, no line ups, you could get off something and back on again! Zero wait time. Also beautiful, well kept, clean grounds. Small enough that if the kids in our group wandered off or you lost sight of them for a second, you didn't panic. Anyone remember Rainbow 🌈 Valley? If you lost sight of your child you went into panic mode!!!! Don't get me wrong, I was AGAINST the sale. We went EVERY year my entire life. But it was vast! And a lot of open water. Rivers, lakes and that godforsaken shrub/tree labyrinth!!! Lol The grounds were breathtaking but enormous! It was nice to go to a family park where you could again set your bags I.e sunscreen, bugspray, water bottles etc. Down on a picnic table or bench and leave it. I was surprised there was no little restaurant or canteen. I don't call a freezer with popsicle and drumsticks a canteen lol. As for the pricing....I personally like buying a bracelet at a fun park and having access to everything for the day. $48/ adult $39/ child Then the HST added 2 adults and 1 child = a lot of money! Especially when what it gives you access to are the go karts which were10/10! So much fun!!! And quite a few times around.d the track before you had to get off. Approximately 10 minutes of straight driving is sufficient....I think. It also said bumper boats....there were 4 in a pool Approximately 14'×14' about 4' deep of water and 1 was broke only 3 running. Laser tag....it doesn't help I suck at it. But I pictured it like the laser.tag at Crystal palace. All dark with only black lights so if you wore white you couldn't hide if you wanted. This was an old shed with plywood walls tossed up sporadically, steps every so often not to mention the extremely crooked floor that I personally fell twice on( in front of 3 12 yr.olds that blasted me and screamed your out! You're dead!) Like the fall wasn't humiliating enough. Just not a safe structure. If thered been signs or caution ⚠️ slanted or dip in floor OR the kid at the counter giving out the guns cautioned you....nope! You had 3 maybe 4 lives that when blasted 4 times 1 life was gone. You go through 4 lives in 2 minutes or less. Next was the batting cage. I love baseball so was excited. They were all in use except the 80Kph. I stood on the plate and the first ball came zooming out and hit my outer left elbow?? I'm right handed so was standing with my left slightly more towards it but figured I was standing on the plate so I gauged where the ball would come towards pfft the next 3 shot out at my ankles I hear the guy beside yell JEEZ! He was standing exactly how I was and got it smack off his right shoulder???? He was in the 85KPH ouch! Made no sense, no rhyme or reason how or where the ball would shoot out. It was awful. Then there was mini golf....golf is NOT my idea of fun. And at that epoint it was 3pm the sun at its hottest and directly shining over the golf course no thanks. The staff were super nice, weather was perfect, not a big crowd, so no line ups and loads of parking! That was NOT a half hour walk to the park from the parking lot. We had a great day but for what's offered, I realize you get the entire day. Open to Close if you choose. There's not a LOT to do. The kids were getting whiny, tired, and had been on go karts 9 times bumper boats 4 times laser tag 4-5 times batting cage ONCE! That's all there is....$159.12 + $50 gas ( coming from Stratford) and the kids were starving!!! Found a pub in Kensington EXCELLENT FOOD AND A1 SERVICE....$62.70 2 Adults and 1 Child That's a pricey day! I get this is a super long review... .basically they need to lower their prices. I know I know, you need to pay staff( not one was over 16! If I should drop dead most were younger) 1 woman in the Shed/ office/ freezer with Popsicles aside from her not ONE other adult to be seen the entire day. The guys working the go karts were SUPER checked EVERY ONES helmet buckles etc. EVERY time. But if there was a crash?? Bumper boats no life jackets?? He said it's...

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star.

The staff are absolutely miserable!!!

We visited this place excited for a fun evening out, but left filled with anxiety and frustration. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The girl at the cash argued with me about things I never said (the height of my child she hadn’t measured, etc. It felt like she was looking for a fight. The employees running the go-karts were yelling at people who didn’t properly know how to run the go karts (for their first time…) and they were openly talking negatively about customers once they left the track – and we could clearly hear them while waiting in line. Completely unacceptable behavior.

There were also some children (definitely under age 10) that were staying in PEI for the week and offered to help run the go karts… the staff ALLOWED this!!! Unemployed minors were turning on and off our go karts and moving them around with no helmets on. Again, incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!!

We ended up not even using our mini golf tickets because the environment was so uncomfortable and the vibe was awful. After waiting nearly two hours in line for go-karts and being treated like trash, they still refused to refund the mini golf tickets. To top it off, the canteen was out of basically everything.

This place was a total disappointment and left us all in a bad mood. I would strongly advise against wasting your time...

Not what we remembered…

We visited Burlington Go Karts and Amusement as a big extended family: parents, siblings, kids, and all up from across Canada during our island vacation. I had fond memories of visiting as a kid and was really looking forward to sharing the experience with the next generation.

Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. Only 2 bumper boats were working, and the batting cages weren’t functioning properly. The laser tag experience was uncomfortable. The employee’s kids were in the game aggressively targeting anyone who entered, yelling at staff and guests alike, which took away from the fun.

We had purchased all-day bracelets to make the most of the park, but between the issues and the lack of shade on a hot, sunny day, it just didn’t feel worth it.

If you go, definitely bring a hat or umbrella.

It does seem pet friendly, which was a small plus.

No waiting, which was good. Only line was really the go carts and you only wait 8-16 minutes. Going on the weekday was probably good. The place wasn’t packed.

While it was still nice to get the whole family out of the cottage for a bit, we likely won’t be returning on future...
