Still a good park, but it’s common to see paid dog walkers with OVER 8 dogs at a time. If you wonder why so much poop isn’t picked up, look no further. If you hire a walker, please insist they take no more than four dogs at once. If you do, your dog will be safer, not stressed out for being in a chaotic vehicle for hours, and will be properly supervised at play.

Just started going a couple of weeks ago and love it, the dogs have so much fun meeting new friends. It's well kept and the the vast majority of owners pick up after their pets. I do have to wonder why the bike paths that are hardly used are paved and cleared of snow but the foot paths used by dozens of people and dogs are mud and look like this City priorities!

Absolut best dog park I´ve ever been at. It such a big park, so even when the parking lot seems full most of the time it is spread out pretty well. Water access is through a seperat gate. I would not reccommend going on the weekend if you don´t like it crowded, because it becomes a zoo and watch out for ticketing if you´re not parked in the lot!

The best off leash dog park in Calgary! Not just plenty room for the dogs to play, but a variety of landscapes too - grassy patches, gentle slopes, and access to water. The park connects to Fish Creek through the Green corridor, and can be accessed as a part of a long bike ride too. One side faces deerfoot trail, and other connects quarry park area.

Dog friendly amenities - plenty of waste bins to dispose off dog waste, at least four spots with benches to sit on and rest mid-walk (if need be). People who get their dogs here are generally very friendly, and clean up after their pets.

Overall, a very amiable space. (I don't have enough photos as I go here almost other day, and my dog gets too excited to play with...

Great parking lot, there are alot of parking spots and I never have not found one to park in. Some of them are angled parking stalls, others are pull right in type. I would say like 73% angle parking and like 27% pull right in type. Some people say "I dont like parking lot and I'm going to park on the road", and I think that's totally fine, just make sure you and your dog/s look both ways before crossing the street if you know what I mean. The people here are mostly dog people and many of them have dogs with them. You know what they say "If you like a great parking lot with 73% angle and 27% pull right in type that has many dog people in and around it then this is your...

I know this is a parking lot review. It's a parking lot. What can I say...we have always found a parking spot. Great pavement...lol. Sneaking in an extra park review... We actually drive from the north side of the city to this park. Great river walk and nice open spaces. Even if it's busy there's plenty of open space to find if you like. Tons of parking. Have always had a great experience here. Obviously, if you're attending anywhere with regularity & interacting with multiple strangers there's always going to be a person or 2 that doesn't understand how to function properly in society or know how to be a responsible pet owner but that isn't the parks fault....
