On our way back from Kiosk Campgrounds, we stopped here for a short hike in the morning. We came across just one other couple who ended up taking a different trail than us and so it felt really very peaceful and quiet as my husband and I walked through the forest towards the waterfall and the other lookout areas. The rainy day sure brought about a cooler and wetter environment but it sure was a memorable experience. The gushing waters are so loud and engaging, you just can't get enough of watching them flow by. They have put up boards to caution hikers of different trails and dangerous slippery areas which was really helpful. Do remember to carry your bug sprays though for a more comfortable bite free hike.

Went for a leisure hike, the rugged road going to the conservation area was closed for cars, so we parked on the community centre parking lot and walked 15 minutes to reach the other parking lot. We spent an hour on the trail, 15 minutes to reach the gorge, we followed the river and passed by the cabin and back to the parking lot. The toilet was closed for the season. Free parking and free to access the area. Would definitely go back to explore other part of the conservation.

A winter wonderland. The parking is closed during the winter, but you can park your car on the road, which adds about a kilometer to the hike. I was there after a dry powdery snowfall and the trek was somewhat tiring but well worth it. Take the White Trail once you're in, follow the conveniently placed signs, and enjoy.

This was a wonderful hike, with great views. We did the full loop, it is a moderate hike. The trail rates up there with the many we have done in Algonquin park.

The trail is very well marked, read the map before you start to get a feel for the historical significance. Lots of parking.

There needs to be more signage about the gorge, as it is not noted on hwy 17 or any where along the roads until you are almost there, too bad as it is a very...
