A beautiful house and a highlight in a small town on the Eastern shore. We we're very disappointed to find that due to the pandemic the upstairs of the house was closed - understandable with a busy museum - but it turned out we were the only visitors in 3 days! considering you couldn't look around without a member of staff present to prevent people from touching items it seemed the pandemic was being used as an excuse to not fully open.
